At first I'd like to thank you guys, this week I reached 3K followers on my instagram and I'm so happy that you guys like what I am doing. I definitely will keep going on with this and I've no idea what this brings for me in the future. But for now I enjoy every second of it when I am working on my blog.

Mixing prints.. It's a difficult thing to do because you don't want to make a carnival of your outfit. It's important to keep the balance in your outfit between the different prints and the best way to do that is keeping the rest of your outfit a bit more simple.

The place where I'm living is surround by trees and it's the perfect place to relax and come to yourself. It's quiet and peacefull and every morning you can hear the birds chirping. I work and study in two busy cities and when I'm going home I can feel the quietness which is fine when you are really busy in your head and need to clear it and just want to chill with not that much sound around. But besides these things I think that I'd like to live in a city because almost everything is around the corner like a supermarket or bar.

Yay, we're already in de middle of the work/school week which is always a nice feeling because there are only two days left till the weekend starts. At this moment I'm busy with my graduation project for school which means making my own collection. Right now I can't tell you anything about it, but when I'm able to do it, I'll do it straight away! So keep an eye on my IG if you'd like to see the updates. But for now I'd like to tell you more about this look.

The last couple of days were quite cold and windy here. The best way to protect ourselfes against that is layering our clothes and pack ourselfs in with as much as possible and that's exactly what I did with this outfit. Wearing a big coat where I can wrap myself up by useing the rope and putting a big scarf overneath is a perfect protection against the cold wind. Also the gloves are giving me warmth and make this outfit also fashionable because how cool are the studs in the black leather? I'm totally obsessed with them. When I saw them it was love at first sight, and at the moment I'm wearing them a lot.

Timeless pieces.. It's always a thing which is hard to buy but you wear it a lot. At least that is with me. I always find it hard to spend money on pieces like that and find it much more fun to shop for statement pieces, but in the end you wear the timeless pieces more often. For example a pair of absolutely gorgeous overknee boots bright red colored, you don't wear them everyday because that's a thing, you don't do that. Also you can only wear them in winter time and not in the summer. But a white blouse for example you can wear the entire year, winter or summer. A white blouse is never boring and it's easy to combine in many ways. In the summer you wear it on a pair of shorts or overneath your bikini if you'd like to grab some food and when it's winter you can layer it with a jumper or wear it casually on a pair of black jeans and a jacket overneath.

Hi guys, how is life at the other side of the screen? Hope you all are doing well! At the moment, here in Holland, the province called 'Noord-Brabant', we are celebrating Carnaval. Carnval is actually a really weird party which takes 5 days. When it's carnaval everybody gets dressed up, for example like a fairytale character or a fireman. When you aren't dressed up you will be refused at the door of the bar. So it's pretty serious haha. But yes I know it's a weird party, but it's always a lot fun with your friends! If you still haven't any idea about what I'm talking about at the moment, what I totally understand by the way, than I´d that you can compare it with halloween. So that's what keeps me busy at the moment haha.
